Program Features and Highlights

Inserting (idv-tables / text-tables)

• Direct importation of idv-files or other tables with text - automatically corrected and formatted. In this way you can inspect and print your idv-tables or test results immediately in WORD. It is, of course, also possible to save the tables and results as WORD files. The size of the text is set automatically to provide a reasonable presentation.

Converting characters

• Converting OEM symbols to the ANSI standard. Imported files with Standard-ASCII characters can be changed later into expanded ANSI characters (e.g. for the correct representation of table frames and special characters, etc.).

File information

• Listing dBase3-Structure: The Structure of dBase-files (variable names etc.) is read out and documented.
• Report6-Tools: Overview of the definition of the block of characteristics. The definition of the complete block of characteristics of the idv-database report with all important information is imported here. This is an important tool enabling users of REPORT to orient themselves easily when preparing tables and documentation in accordance with FDA CFR 21 Part 11.

Documentation-Assistant

• Documenting CDROM contents: Here you document the contents of a  CDROM including all folders and subfolders.
• Validated CDROM Import: Here you import the contents of a  CDROM with automatic documentation of the source, contents and target folder

Science-Graph tools / WMF tools

• Tools (Import, Converting, Processing): Direct import of individual displays or groups of several displays with the Science-Graph format of as Windows Metafiles. For displays in Science-Graph Format the transformation into the WMF-Format is not required.
• Processing Science-Graph: After choosing this option you can process a display in Science-Graph directly. Before doing this you simply mark any display in your WORD document that has been imported with the Science-Graph-Tools.
• Updating all displays: Here you can automatically update all altered displays in your WORD document in the  Science-Graph Format or as Windows-Metafiles.
