Adaptive studies shorten the development time and thus reduce costs.

Problem: The newest EMEA guidelines require effect sizes and confidence intervals in addition to P-values. Both are now available at idv.

You simply choose the kind of effect sizes and enter the coefficients of both stages. The program calculates the rest by itself:

• Global P-value for both stages
• Results of stage I and stage II as well as pooled results
• Associated confidence intervals

Other noteworthy features:

• Test for superiority
• Test for non-superiority
• Test for relevant superiority
