Graphics in TESTIMATE
Scientific presentation graphics are now in TESTIMATE according to the new FDA Guidance for Industry.
The new "Guidance for Industry" of the FDA "Clinical Studies Section of Labeling for Human Prescription Drug and Biological Products - Content and Format" (January 2006, www.fda.gov/cber/gdlns/clinlab.htm) sets new standard requirements for graphical presentations to be submitted with clinical study reports.
These guidelines describe eight different kinds of graphs which the FDA would like to see submitted with study reports. With TESTIMATE you get all these graphs and others fully labelled and report-ready in less than 20 seconds. A few mouse clicks are all that is required. If you wish, you are able to edit the graphs. Indeed, not only do TESTIMATE graphs comply with the "Features of a Good Graph" (p. 21 in "Guidance for Industry"). They set a new standard for elegance and quality in scientific graphs.
- Time curves (mean value, median, additional standard deviation, SEM, confidence intervals)
- Boxplots (ordered in accordance with criteria or groups)
- Scattergrams
- Mann-Whitney estimators with confidence intervals
- ANCOVA-scattergram (full and reduced model)
- Empirical distribution function (EDF)
- Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC)
- Kaplan-Meier function
- Functions related to Kaplan Meier
All figures can be transferred easily to study reports in MS Word, PDF, etc.
